3-Day Virtual Event

Be part of the industry’s only green buying event that connects with quality resource suppliers and interested buyers for three days of networking, self-care workshops, and sustainability education.

The event offers invitation-only buyers access to unique and emerging green brands who are innovative, credible, and committed to greening at some level. Our intention is to provide access to a wide range of eco-friendly and sustainable products, thus making it easier for spas to make better choices without compromising smart business.

What to Expect

Suppliers will be scheduled for (1) 20-minute presentation time (includes Q&A) during the 3-day virtual conference. Suppliers will meet with all 30 Buyers at one time. Buyers are required to attend the full 3-day event.

ALL attendees are invited to join all workshops and events outside of the meetings times to enhance the social experience!

There will be a MANDATORY virtual pre-conference meeting on April 12 for both Buyers (12pm ET) and Suppliers (1pm ET) prior to the conference.

Buyers Conference offers suppliers the opportunity to share their sustainable story with buyers who were chosen for the interest in purchasing eco-friendly and sustainable products. The three-day event encourages lifelong relationships between buyers and suppliers through a variety of productive business meetings and fun networking opportunities.

The dedicated face time with key buyers, along with the fun, virtual networking opportunities and workshops creates an intimate environment that has proven to be more productive than traditional like-events. Past Buyers have included WTS, Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, Fairmont, Rancho La Puerta, Four Seasons, Mohonk Mountain House, Destination Hotels and Resorts, Pharmaca, and more.

Supplier Registration Includes

  • (1) 20-minute presentation to speak with all buyers in a virtual, face-to-face format
  • Attendance to all workshops + activities with buyers to focus on personal development
  • Streamlined process to gift to attending buyers

Buyers Conference is an invitation-only event that offers spa and wellness buyers access to quality resource suppliers who are innovative, credible and committed to greening at some level. Unique and emerging green brands that are not saturated in the market place are launched at our event, providing a fresh mix of suppliers. Our intention is to provide access to a wider range of eco-friendly and sustainable products, thus making it easier for spas to make better choices without compromising smart business.

Invited buyers are chosen based on their buying needs and capacity and interest in sustainable or green products. Qualified buyers participate in a group with other buyers in the industry to meet with each supplier as each suppliers give their presentation. Time will be left at each 20 minute presentation for buyers to ask questions.

The GSN Buyers Conference is funded entirely by GSN’s supplier members and is a main fundraiser for our non-profit organization.

Frequently asked questions

If I register for the Buyers Conference in October 2022, do I get a discount?

Yes! You receive 50% off the registration price if you are registered for the October 2022 in-person conference.

As a Supplier, how long is my meeting time with the Buyers?

Each Supplier receives (1) 20-minute meeting with 30 Buyers at one time. No other Supplier is allowed on the call during your presentation.

Will Buyers receive gifts from Suppliers?

Yes, Buyers will receive gifts from participating Suppliers the week following the conference. Gifting products/services to Buyers is optional.

Which program are you using for the virtual Conference?
