GSN Planet Announces New Board Members and Officers
April 18, 2023 -GSN Planet is thrilled to welcome Michael Bruggeman, CEO & Chief Formulation Officer for OM4 Organic Male + haia, and Helen Brown, Principal of The H. Brown Group, to its board of directors, adding valuable experience and expertise to the team. The organization also announces the promotion of Dara Mayhew to Operations Director and the appointment of Joanna Roche to the board. These changes follow a strategic planning process that will streamline operations and support GSN Planet’s continued growth trajectory.
Additionally, Maggy Dunphy is now president, with Nicole Lampsa serving as Vice President, Joanna Roche as Treasurer, and Suzy Jolphs as Secretary, all of whom were nominated and voted on unanimously as officers starting March 1, 2023. Thor Holm, who served as the previous president, will continue to serve on the board.
GSN Planet thanks all of the outgoing officers for their commitment and dedication through covid and looks forward to the work ahead.
