Forest bathing consists of immersive, meditative walks meant to calm the nervous and immune systems and boost mind-body awareness and connections with nature. A nature lover since childhood, Josh also shares how his background and introduction to Forest Bathing grew his connection to environmentalism and shares tips on what anyone can do in their daily lives to reduce their carbon footprint.
Josh Heath was born and raised in Maine and studied Park Management and Eco-Tourism at Unity College.
