Lynn founded CSC in 2011, a certified Women’s Owned Enterprise, which provides financial feasibility, design, concept, and preopening consulting services to upscale and luxury hotel, resort, and casino spas and wellness facilities. She is a Certified Management Consultant, a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants, and Educator with Gerson Lehrman Councils. Lynn started her hospitality career in destination and hotel sales with the Anaheim CVB and Hyatt Resorts Hawaii, ultimately leading to spa operations when she opened Spa Grande at Grand Wailea Resort. She is an avid lover of the outdoors and spends her free time outrigger paddling competitively and hiking at home and on her travels.
