We are seeking an experienced Wellness Program Supervisor to lead and direct a successful Wellness  Program at a highly acclaimed health and wellness spa retreat located near the Blue Ridge mountains. Must have 3+ years of spa experience preferably in a supervisory capacity and be certified in yoga, meditation, nutrition and/or other specialties related to the wellness industry.  Must have considerable knowledge and experience in the health and wellness travel industry, including current market trends. Create, direct and manage a comprehensive Wellness Program that is balanced between nature, movement, nutrition, rest & relaxation, creativity and healing arts. Expand current Wellness Program outside the fields of yoga and meditation by integrating other areas of expertise, such as nutrition, dance, music and/or other specialties related to the wellness industry. Recruit, train, mentor and supervise all Wellness staff.  Responsible for driving all internal marketing efforts. Conduct regular team meetings and guest service trainings.  Report directly to Spa Director. Annual base salary of $70K.
