Training Curriculum Developer
A leader in the luxury hotel and resort industry is seeking a Training Curriculum Developer. The Curriculum Developer is responsible for planning, strategizing and developing the training curriculum. They will collaborate with management to assess training needs of departments and the company as a whole. The role will design leadership development materials to support the trainers and learners taking account of adult learning principles. In addition, develop documents that specify learning objectives and measure business results. A minimum of 3-5 years training experience required along with a working knowledge of Myer-Briggs Type Indicator and DiSC assessment. Certification is a big plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a big big plus. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Salary is $70-75K based on experience plus excellent benefits.
