We are seeking an experienced Spa Director to oversee a luxury spa at a AAA four diamond resort located in north central California.  Facilities include ten treatment rooms, nail salon, small fitness center and outdoor pool.  Responsibilities include the management of daily operations, development and implementation of business plans and ensuring a four diamond experience.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, structured, has strong budget management skills and is up to date on the latest trends in spa.  Must have 3+ years of spa experience in a leadership role as this role supervises a team of 30+ spa professionals.  Reports directly to the Vice President of Hotel Operations. Annual base salary of $80K plus bonus and excellent benefits.
