Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking a highly talented Restaurant General Manager for a super luxury non-branded lifestyle beachfront boutique resort & spa in the Caribbean. Must have 3+ years of leadership experience at upscale fine-dining, free-standing restaurants. Must be a seasoned team player with proven leadership expertise and favorable operating results. Responsible for overseeing the daily F&B operation for a highly regarded fine-dining restaurant, as well as for special events, private parties and in-room dining. Provide high service standards. Responsible for maintaining budgeted financial goals. Oversee labor costs, payroll and scheduling for all F&B staff. Conducts performance reviews, coach and counsel staff members. Proactively recruit new talent and resources. Reports directly to Resort GM. Base salary to $75K tax free plus some relocation reimbursement.
