Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, outgoing, ‘with it’ Restaurant General Manager for a popular, stylish high volume fine dining restaurant in Waikiki Hawaii. Must have 4+ years of leadership experience leading high-end full-service gourmet restaurants. Prefer Sommelier certification. Responsible for overseeing the entire FOH operation, as well as driving F&B revenue, and leading a FOH team provide an exceptional personalized dining experience. Provide high service standards. Coordinate all booking activities for restaurant special events/private parties. Establishes and maintains effective internal controls. Responsible for maintaining budgeted financial goals. Oversee labor costs, payroll and scheduling of FOH restaurant staff. Conducts performance reviews, coach and counsel staff members. Proactively recruit all new FOH talent. Reports directly to the COO. Base salary to $100K plus bonus, free health insurance and some relocation reimbursement.
