Human Resources Manager
A leader in the luxury hotel and resort industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager with strong Generalist experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who works closely with the leadership team to anticipate needs and challenges and works to find solutions to address them. The HR Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the human resources department ensuring the various teams have the necessary resources to perform their essential functions. In the absence of the payroll manager this role will perform all payroll functions. They will develop policy and coordinate activities including compensation, labor relations, employee services and relations. This role will manage four non-exempt and two exempt employees.
