Human Resources Generalist
A large progressive employer with over 1,800 associates is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to effectively coordinate leave of absence and workers' compensation leave cases. The role will coordinate all cases to include general administration, comprehensive case management and program compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act. In addition, responsibilities include acting as a liaison who processes leaves, and provides timely notification and communication between employees and department managers regarding leaves. Critical qualities include effective communication and relationship building skills. Bilingual in Spanish a big plus! Salary competitive based on experience plus exceptional benefits.
