Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director will lead the recruiting, retention and on-boarding efforts for the corporate team of a well-established wellness resort. This position will offer advice and guidance to both exempt and nonexempt staff members in the corporate office as well as at remote locations. This is a newly created position and will be involved in key staff decision making for newly created positions and programs. As part of the corporate team, this role will play an integral part in the daily operations and the execution of the long term strategy of the resort. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Director within Hospitality, a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures and knowledge of state and federal labor laws for various locations, including California. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and HR Certification is preferred. Based in Arizona, this position requires occasional travel to other states.
