Seeking a talented Chef to lead the day to day culinary operations of a large volume well-established restaurant. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, high service standards and profitability goals are attained. Supervise the daily ordering, receiving, and proper handling of product, develop new menu ideas, train and develop staff to ensure that all products represent the high standards of the organization. Responsible for controlling food & labor costs. Supervise the daily preparation of all products and ensure that standard operating procedures are followed. Supervises 10-15 staff. Salary is $65-70K based on experience plus exceptional benefits.
