Seeking an experienced Front Office Assistant Manager or Rooms Manager for this important role.  In this position you will work directly with guests to ensure they are receiving superior service.  You will also oversee a team of employees and create team development programs, create schedules and handle the heart of the house administrative responsibilities.  You will empower the team to focus on service. Qualified candidates must be professional, well groomed, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be task oriented, have strong administrative skills and enjoy working with leaders throughout the resort.
