We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and dynamic hospitality professional to lead and direct the opening and daily operation of a fully renovated historic luxury boutique hotel with ample, highly imaginative F&B venues. The independent, non-branded Hotel is located in the California Sierra Nevada foothills. Minimum of four years as General Manager of a luxury boutique hotel/resort, preferably with multiple F&B outlets. Must have 2-4 years of hands-on F&B operating experience. Prefer experience opening new non-branded, independent boutique luxury hotels. Be the face and voice of the Hotel to guests and local clientele. Provide cutting-edge leadership and direction to a new team of managers and hourly staff. Oversee and manage room pricing, revenue management and selling strategies. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Reports directly to VP of Operations. Base salary to $120K plus innovative bonus formula and relocation reimbursement.
