We are seeking a passionate hospitality Rising Star to be General Manager for an upscale independent, non-branded boutique hotel situated on 25 acres in upstate New York. Competency and experience with revenue management, S&M, forecasts and budgets a prerequisite. Must have 5 years of hotel leadership experience with proven operating results, preferably with an independent, non-branded luxury boutique property having a wellness component. Cultivate a great team and create a positive environment to drive optimum business results. Oversee renovations and capital improvement projects. Ensure compliance to hotel operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards. Report Directly to the owner. Base salary to $70K-$75K plus compelling incentives and relocation.
