Front Office Manager
We are seeking a highly talented Front Office Manager for a super luxury boutique resort and spa located in heart of Napa Wine Country. Must have 4+ years of hospitality customer service experience and 2+ years of hotel/resort supervisory experience. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of guest reception, guest services, concierge and night audit. Oversee the entire arrival and departure experience, ensuring that guest expectations are exceeded at all times. Emphasis on superb high service levels a must! Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction. Ensure proper staffing levels. Reports directly to Rooms Director. Base salary to $75K plus incentives and relocation assistance.
