We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper for a brand-new luxury boutique full-service hotel located in Silicon Valley.  Must have 2+ years of leadership experience as Executive Housekeeper or 3+ years of experience as Assistant EH, preferably with a luxury full-service hotel/resort/inn located in the SF South Bay.  Effectively lead and direct daily pre-shift meetings, monthly department meetings, as well as maintain, support and promote the Hotel’s core values and mission statement.   Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, restrooms, office space and mezzanine.  Maintain proper inventory and stock of guest room supplies and cleaning supplies.  Provide effective leadership, guidance and support to Supervisors, Room Attendants, Housepersons, Night Turndown Attendants, public Area Housepersons, Laundry Attendants and Night Cleaners.  Oversee Lost & Found.  Report directly to Director of Rooms. Base salary to $75K plus bonus.
