Seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef for this world renown resort situated on a hilltop overlooking the ocean on the California Central Coast. This position is a critical piece in the culinary experience provided for the guests. Food is grown locally, foraged and menus are seasonal based on available products. You will work hand in hand with the resort's leadership team to continue the traditions set in place. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience with luxury boutique hotels. You will have a strong understanding of foraging, diverse gardens, and seasonal menus. You will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a kitchen leadership position. You will oversee the culinary brigade, continually provide training and growth for the team while maintaining extremely high levels of service and quality. Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
