We are seeking a super successful Director of Sales to drive all room revenue for a luxury non-branded lifestyle beachfront boutique resort and spa in the Caribbean.  Must have 3+ years of sales leadership experience at a luxury boutique hotel, resort or destination spa, preferably in the Caribbean.  Highly prefer candidates having sales experience with high-end net worth transient/leisure audience.   Lead and direct all room sales activities to maximize on-property revenue.   Ensure the accurate production of monthly sales forecasts and annual sales budget.  Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective high net worth clientele.  Manage all market segments and sales deployment strategies via use of competitive data and demand analysis.  Work closely with GM to develop and implement transient loyalty programs with emphasis on increasing repeat business.  Oversee event planning managers ensuring competence in all sales aspects.  Oversee weekly sales meetings.  Reports directly to General Manager.  Annual base salary to $90K plus incentives and some relocation reimbursement.  May work remotely with property visits once monthly.
