Director of Food & Beverage
We are seeking a highly talented Director of Food & Beverage for a very popular, highly regarded independent, non=branded luxury boutique resort located in Sonoma Wine Country. Must have 5+ years of leadership experience at upscale fine-dining restaurants, preferably at a luxury boutique resort with multiple amenities. Must be a seasoned team player with proven leadership expertise and favorable operating results. Responsible for overseeing the entire F&B operation with emphasis on FOH. F&B revenue mostly from a fine-dining venue and to a lesser degree from special events, weddings, private parties and in-room dining. Emphasis on superb high service levels a must! Responsible for maintaining budgeted financial goals. Oversee labor costs, payroll and scheduling for all FOH staff. Conduct performance reviews, coach and counsel staff members. Proactively recruit new talent and resources. Reports directly to Resort GM. Base salary to $110K plus bonus, attractive benefit package and relocation reimbursement.
