Director of Catering
We are seeking an experienced Director of Catering for a highly regarded independent, non-branded luxury boutique resort located in the Sonoma Wine Country. You would be deeply involved in all catering sales including weddings, social events and leisure groups activities. Must have 3+ years of experience in Catering Sales, preferably with a luxury, boutique hotel or resort, with emphasis on wedding and social events. Prefer candidates from the SF Bay Area or Wine Country. Experience servicing weddings and social events a plus. Must be passionate about driving catering sales and be highly goal driven. Must possess strong negotiation skills and strong customer relations skills. Must have experience and enjoy effectively presenting information and responding all catering inquiries including weddings and social events. Generate catering sales forecasts and annual goals. Report directly to General Manager. Annual base salary $90K-$95K plus quarterly incentives/commissions.
