A leader in the luxury hotel and resort industry is seeking a Corporate Trainer to join their Human Resources Team. The Trainer collaborates with the Training Curriculum Developer and is responsible for executing the training programs and conducts the learning through various training techniques. Responsibilities include presenting training materials using appropriate training programs i.e. classroom, demonstrations, one-on-one coaching and online. Assist in scheduling sessions which minimizes disruption to normal work. Collaborate with Training Curriculum Developer to build effective training programs and formulate teaching outlines. A minimum of 3-5 years training experience required along with a working knowledge of Myer-Briggs Type Indicator and DiSC assessment. Certification is a big plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a big big plus. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Salary is $70-75K based on experience plus excellent benefits.
