Call Center Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Call Center Manager for a beautiful resort located in Northern California’s Wine Country. The luxury resort has over 200 rooms and suites, restaurants, spa, gaming floor and event and convention space. This role will hand pick their team of managers, supervisors and call center reps for the new department. You and the team will develop the processes and work to build a cohesive, highly functioning team to represent the resort and all the amenities. Responsibilities include ensuring staff are representing the brand at the highest level. Strong training background is critical to ensure center agents have the training, resources and support to handle assigned duties. This includes hotel and dining reservations and information requests. The Call Center Manager will ensure that the highest standards of privacy in regards to guest’s personal information are adhered to. Salary competitive based on experience plus bonus.
